When working with Eleni, you will receive unique therapeutic support that is designed to meet your specific needs. To achieve this, Eleni utilises a mix of modalities which may include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic Theory and Motivational Interviewing.

New to counselling or searching for a new therapist? Book in a free 10 minute chat to meet me & see if I will be a good fit.
Initial Session (50min)
Our first session involves spending time building rapport, exploring what is currently going on for you, and seeing how I can help.
Standard Session (50min)
A regular follow-up appointment.
Walk & Talk Therapy (50min)
Therapy outdoors. If you're under 18 years old, a parent/ carer may be required to supervise (but they won't walk with us, don't worry).
Boarding School Counselling Visit (50min)
Boarding students, I am bringing counselling to you. With written permission from your school and an appropriate space to meet, I will travel to you and provide in-person counselling support.
